Our names are Maddie and James. We live on an acre on Melbourne's northern outskirts with our spotted companions. We got our first Dalmatian in 2011 and it was love from first sight with this beautiful breed. Izzy "Jaidee Princess Pirate" was a brilliant introduction to the breed. Bright, Athletic, Enthusiastic, Loving. We began dog school and working with her and soon after we decided to get a second dalmatian companion.
In 2013 we introduced Perdi "Trudals Perdita" to our home. Perdi was the show potential pick from her litter. She has many wonderful features and is a sweet, gentle and loving dog. Both of them though very different to train excel and we've learnt so much by working with each of them.
In 2016 we Began trialing with both dogs. Trialing can be a somewhat intimidating task. Despite us being new to trials we've had some success in various dog sports and conformation. To date we have acheived titles and passes in various disciplines including:
Conformation Champion titles
Endurance tests
Tracking Champion titles
Rally
Obedience
Agility, Jumping and Agility Games
Lure coursing
Sled sports (Weight pull and working pack dog)
Scent work
Trick dogs
In 2018 our beautiful Perdi had a litter of 3 stunning pups to Barney "Ch Trudals Dark shadow". From this litter we kept Cap "Wonderdal first avenger" He combines solid construction, beautiful temperament and an impeccable pedigree. Raised using the puppy culture system; His focus, problem solving and acceptance of the world around him even at this young age is an absolute delight. He's a calm and happy dog with a bright show and performance career ahead of him.
We were also lucky enough to have an agreement in place to have a litter from Cap's beautiful sister Sassy. In 2020 we welcomed Betty "Wonderdal Black betty" into our spotty family. Betty is Perdi's grand-daughter, out of Cap's sister "Wonderdal first and Sassy" and Zoomer "Ch Jazzanda Lethal Weapon".
In 2021 our human family grew. We continue to breed occassionally as well as trialling, showing and training all our dogs.
